Nová zelená úsporám Light 2025 a Oprav dům po babičce: Nové podmínky přehledně
Ministerstvo životního prostředí připravilo pro zájemce o dotaci z programu Nová zelená úsporám několik novinek. Ve dvou podprogramech – Oprav dům po babičce a Nová zelená úsporám Light nabídne zálohové financování a zvýhodněný úvěr všem. Současně se ale sníží podpora dílčích opatření z poloviny nákladů na realizaci na 30 procent. Změny se týkají pouze rodinných domů a začnou platit od 1. února 2025. Nízkopříjmové domácnosti budou v programu i nadále zvýhodněny.
